About
Owners are working harder than ever — running ads, hiring teams, investing in tools — and still not seeing results that match their effort. Not because they lack strategy. Because nobody diagnosed what was actually broken first.
That's why Etcetera exists.
Our Story
After working with growing businesses across industries, one pattern became impossible to ignore:
Owners were doing everything right — running ads, hiring teams, investing in tools — but still not seeing results that matched their effort. Not because they weren't working hard enough. Because no one had shown them how to find what was actually broken first.
So they kept stacking solutions on top of problems.
More marketing on top of broken systems. More hires on top of unclear processes. More tools on top of manual workflows.
And the leaks just got bigger.
Etcetera was built to change that. Not another agency selling ads. Not a consulting firm selling advice. A business health practice that diagnoses the real problem — then fixes it.
Our Philosophy
We believe every business should operate like a healthy system — not a constant scramble.
That means your marketing should convert, not just attract. Your operations should support growth, not slow it down. Your systems should reduce your workload, not add to it. And your leadership should drive clarity, not chaos.
Growth isn't supposed to feel like survival. When your foundation is solid, it becomes predictable.
The Founder
Olivia didn't set out to build another agency. She kept seeing the same thing — business owners pouring money into marketing with nothing to show for it, not because the marketing was bad, but because everything underneath it was broken. CRMs with no pipeline. Follow-up that didn't exist. Owners making every decision on gut because they had no dashboard telling them otherwise.
She started fixing those problems one business at a time. And the pattern became so consistent that it turned into a framework — The 4 Leaks — a diagnostic approach to identifying exactly where businesses are losing time, money, and momentum across marketing, operations, AI systems, and their own blind spots as a leader.
That framework became Etcetera Enterprises.
Today, Olivia breaks down what actually drives sustainable business growth as a host on the Daily News Network, and works directly with owner-operators to diagnose, fix, and scale their businesses through the same methodology.
But the work always comes back to the same thing: find the problem. Fix it properly. Then scale what works.

Our Approach
Most service providers start with a solution: "Run ads." "Hire a team." "Implement this tool."
We start with a question:
Where is the leak?
Because until you answer that, nothing else matters. The best ad campaign in the world won't fix a CRM that nobody uses. The most expensive hire won't solve a process that doesn't exist. And no tool will replace the clarity that comes from actually knowing what's wrong.
That's why our work isn't built on templates or trends. It's built on one methodology: Diagnose. Fix. Scale.
Is This You?
We work with owner-operators doing $500K–$5M who:
If that sounds familiar, you don't need more ideas. You need a diagnosis.
The Leaks Are Already There.
The Business Health Quiz checks your vital signs across marketing, operations, systems, and leadership in 90 seconds. You'll see exactly where money is leaving your business — and what to fix first.
